The tri-folded diaper is placed in the cover and the cover with diaper beneath the baby. Then the diaper cover is closed (see folding image above). Diaper fasteners or pins are not used with this fast and easy system. Unlike other brands these are 100% cotton and don't have the cheap polyester interior fill. Poly filled prefolds will retain odor whereas cotton will not. Better Fit Prefolds come in 3 sizes. Most families only need the first two sizes.
