This can sometimes happen at the edge of the Pack, due to the nature of microwave heating. Rotate the Pack 180 degrees and reheat as needed. 6. DO NOT keep the Pack on your skin longer than is comfortable. The Hot Pack should not be applied for more than 20 minutes.
