Pedag SOLAR: The winter insole that provides effective insulation. 3 layers of insulation combine to keep body heat from escaping through the soles of your shoes or boots. The upper layer is pure quilted wool which is durable, comfortable and provides a little warmth. The middle layer traps body heat with thousands of air bubbles encapsulated in high tech foam. The bottom layer is a special aluminum reflector that keeps cold from penetrating and heat from escaping. Try not to trim them too small to prevent slippage, or leave too big to avoid cramping in the shoe.

Depending on the kind of shoe you want to use them in, they can reduce the amount of space for your foot. It is recommended you wear them in closer fitting shoes around your home for at least 30 minutes before going out. If they feel uncomfortable, you may need to try a different style of footwear.
