To set the first alarm to 8:00am: 1) Press the MODE button until you only see the bell with the number 1 on it. 2) Hold down the MODE button for 3 seconds, the time will start flashing. 3) Use the HOUR and MINUTE buttons to select 8:00 4) Press the MODE button and the first alarm is now set for 8:00am To set the second alarm to 8:00pm 5) Press the MODE button until you only see the bell with the number 2 on it. 6) Hold down the MODE button for 3 seconds, the time will start flashing. 7) Use the HOUR and MINUTE buttons to select p 8:00 8) Press the MODE button and the second alarm is now set for 8:00pm
